Anything you own, keep and reuse: a camera, a laptop, a desk, a sample case, a trade-fair stand. Stokee Inventory is for equipment that comes back — not stock you buy in to sell.

Is Jobs included, or does it cost extra?

Included on every plan at no extra cost. If you never run jobs you can ignore that side of the app entirely and use Stokee Inventory purely as a register.

Stokee Inventory is a cloud-based register for equipment that a company owns and reuses. It records what the company owns, where each item is and who has it.

Stokee Inventory is developed and operated by MASHED Software Solutions GmbH in Graz, Austria. Teams use it to import existing equipment lists, label items with QR codes, check equipment out and back in, and run an annual stocktake.

Stokee Inventory is not a warehouse management system for stock that is sold or consumed. That is Stokee WMS (stokee.net), a separate product by the same team.

Current limitations of Stokee Inventory

One import covers up to 2,000 rows.
Imports are available to admins.
On the Free plan, new items of a kind cannot be added once its cap is reached. Existing data stays fully usable.
Stokee Inventory does not manage stock that is bought in to be sold.
